Kim Clarke

Managing Director

Since obtaining his real estate License in 1973 to help run his father-in-laws real estate agency, Kim has accumulated approximately 40 years experience in the real estate and property development industry. 

Kim is passionate about creating quality master planned developments and an expert in negotiating and structuring site acquisitions and marketing programs for the developments. 

Founder of Xcel Properties, Kim has leveraged his experience to form Joint Venture partnerships, primarily involved in land development and unit development.  Kim has built the organisation to its current status, holding an interest in over 5,000 allotments in NSW and QLD.

Kim is passionate about the community and has been a Director of Windgap Foundation, a non-for profit charity for the intellectually disabled for the last 15 years.

Kim is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Justice of the Peace, and a member of a number of industry organisations, including the Master Builders Association, Urban Development Institute of Australia and Congress of New Urbanism.

Kim is based in Sydney, NSW where he lives an active life as a member of North Bondi Surf Club and relishes in his daily exercise.  

Simon Howell               

Development & Operations Manager

Simon joined XPG in 2003 bringing with him over 15 years experience in the development industry in which time he has been responsible for the rezoning, development and sales of over 10,000 lots.

Simon has overall responsibility for the Groups development operations and also XPG corporate governance responsibilities. His key expertise are in focusing on the big picture outcome, and maintaining stakeholder focus to deliver the project objectives. 

A father of four, Simon is passionate about affordable housing and creating genuine quality community developments.

Simon has recently completed postgraduate study to obtain his Masters of Business Administration and has commenced a Masters of property (due for completion in 2012), he also holds an Advanced Diploma in Business (Valuation), Real Estate License and is a Justice of the Peace.

Simon is based in Sydney, NSW, a keen soccer player in his youth, he now enjoys supporting his children in their sporting endeavors.
