Plantation Palms
 
This master planned community of 284 hectares is located 12 kilometres north of Mackay CBD, and will be developed into approximately 1,900 dwellings over the next 10 years.  XPG sourced and negotiated  the  acquisition and is in JV  partnership as Development Manager of the site.



The project is the largest master planned development in Mackay and incorporates modern design considerations such as Transit Orientated Development, and best practice wetland design.  Plantation Palms is regionally recognised as the leading development, with Federal HAF funding within the project for $8M towards infrastructure, and State Government partnership for trial of Green Door process to speed up approval processes.
 

Northview at Milton
 
The property is located in Milton on  the  NSW South Coast,  and is a prime position located on the eastern side of Princes Hwy with spectacular views.  The development is41 lots ranging from residential to rural lots.  Development construction is complete and approximately 75% of stock sold.  
  

Medway Village 
Located on the eastern side of Hume Hwy, in fact the only site adjoining the Hwy, exactly half way between Sydney and Canberra.   A proposed  residential  development  wasoriginally accepted by Council and State Government for rezoning however  an amalgamation of Councils forced the Department of Planning to review this position.  
 The land has current development approval for development into 7 x 100 acre allotments, and Council have recently passed recommendation to further develop into 27 x 10 acre allotments. 
   

Kings Hill
The property is located north of Raymond Terrace on 800 hectares, the site was recently zoned  for  residential and Town Centre development, it is anticipated to house up to 12,000 residents, over 4,500 – 5,000 allotment. The joint venture that XPG is involved with will deliver 3,200 to 3,800 dwellings plus the Town Centre.  
 XPG sourced and negotiated the purchase of the site and project managed the rezoning process.  The project received strong local  Council support and is a master planned community.  
 

Longbeach Estate

 
Longbeach Estate, Batemans Bay is located on the highly sought-after South Coast of New South Wales. This stunning coastal community consists of 250 residential lots (50% sold) close to the beach, national parks, wetlands and river.
 
 

Woodlands At Wingello
Woodlands at Wingello is a boutique land estate located in Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Featuring 8 stunning easy to build flat rural residential lots ranging from 4,000 - 6,800sqm (1 - 1.5acres).
