This 288ha rural property known as Medway located in Marulan has been under review for a potential 1,000 lifestyle lots from 1,000 - 10,000sqm with a town centre full of character. This project will create 150 local jobs from the built and existing local shops and industries. Council have supported this project, with submission to the New South Wales government for re-zoning. This project is planned to be a model rural village that will support the existing Marulan township and tourism.
