Sommerton Estate
Nestled high up in the crystal clear air of the Blue Mountains,  Sommerton Estate, located in Mount Wilson, was a successful small luxurious and private subdivision. The project consisted of 6 stunning rural residential lots ranging from 17-25 acres large with some lots featuring mountain views. The project was developed on time and sold out in 2007.

15 Collins Street

15 Collins Street, Annandale, NSW was a stunning Victorian Italianate duplex circa 1885 that was successfully converted into 8 luxury 2 bedroom apartments, marketed and sold achieving new price highs for the area. The project was completed on time and to budget.

Brougham Street

Brougham Street, Woolloomooloo, NSW was a development of 26 terraces and apartments that were strata titled, renovated and sold. This project was completed within time frame and achieved a higher sales value than budget.

Horsley Road

Horsley Road, Panania, NSW was successfully re-zoned to allow 120 residential villas through an innovative development  proposal to ensure the site was flood free with development of large retention basins on the site and the adjoining council property. The property was on-sold to a builder at an excellent profit.

Brooks Creek Estate

Brooks Creek Estate, located in Bungendore, NSW was a re-zoning of 200 rural acres to 29 rural residential community title lots. The value of the site was doubled and the project was a most successful re-zoning.
 

Orwell Street

Orwell Street, located in Potts Point, NSW, was a conversion of a block of one and two bedroom units strata titled into seven apartments and finished with contemporary stylish interiors. The project showed a successful profit margin.
